Meet Grover

Grover is our German shepherd. He's the dog glowing in the window at the top of this page. He had surgery and is working his way through rehab.

Part of every sale goes to his vet bills. The rest goes to our daughter Hannah, who is learning to run her first business.

How do I send the photo of my dog?

Upload it when you order. No photo handy? Order now and reply to our email with it. We email you a proof before we make anything.

Does it come with a light?

Yes. Every house and tree ships with its LED tea light, charged and ready, so it glows right out of the box. Use LED lights only. A real candle can warp it.

How big is the house?

The classic house is about 4.6 inches wide, 3.9 inches deep and 5.7 inches tall with its base (116 × 100 × 145 mm). The townhouse is a little taller, the cottage a little wider, and the bakery about the same.

When will my order ship?

Trees and ornaments ship in 2 to 4 days. Custom houses ship 3 to 5 days after you approve the proof. US shipping takes 2 to 5 days.

Can I return it?

All sales are final. If anything arrives broken, send us a photo and we'll make a new one.

I have a 3D printer. Can I buy the files?

Yes. Each design also comes as STL files with a 3MF project and a print guide. Tree and ornament files download right after checkout. Custom house files come after your proof.
